Road-worthy scooters are a popular alternative to a car. They vary in range, starting at around a 20-mile range, all the way up to 40 miles on one charge. Road scooters offer great levels of comfort for the user and have plenty of options to accommodate for individual needs. Scooters being used on the road in the UK are legally limited to 8 mph. They also have a switch to limit the scooter to 4 mph, which can be operated by the user to take the scooter on pavements.
