Excellent customer service! I took an old electric mobility scooter to them on a Saturday morning and requested a service and, if possible, that this was undertaken by the Tuesday to enable me to take it on a planned visit to Sussex to my stepfather who has been experiencing mobility issues. They managed my expectations very well in that the earliest they would be able to start work on it would be the Monday. I called early afternoon on Monday and the staff member in the workshop said that he was about to start work on it and would be happy to call me to provide an update before they closed. He did this and advised that, subject to any issues with the tyres overnight, the service would be completed on Tuesday morning in time for me to collect it at 1030am. This happened. Staff offered to help me unload and load the scooter and moved one of their vans to enable me to use one of the parking bays to make the loading process easier and to avoid my car being in the road where, apparently, lorries often come round the corner quite quickly! Thank you to everyone at Comfort Homecare. This was my first time using you and I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

Visited yesterday to buy a new manual wheelchair for my Dad. Received excellent service from Bob; who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different chairs available. He was really patient while Dad transferred from chair to chair to try them out and there was absolutely no sales push to buy. The whole experience was a stark contrast to our earlier visit to the Care Co. in Milton Keynes where we were essentially ignored. Don’t bother with them - just come straight to the professionals! Bought a chair, it was adjusted there and then and dropped off for us later the same afternoon. Absolutely 5-star service. Highly recommend.

Bob from Comfort Homecare visited my Dad in a care home on several occasions. He was informative and patient on both visits. Sadly, my Dad passed away suddenly before his wheelchair was ready, but Bob was helpful and supportive in dealing with a refund and quick to respond. I have bought both an adaptive car and an 8mph scooter on separate occasions from this company recently. I must say from the outset the staff are very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable on all things for the mobility market. The service was second to none, not at all pushy but totally friendly and informative. I was allowed to test the scooter I purchased both inside the ample space of the showroom and outside so I could experience different surfaces and threshold ramps. The company premises are located on an accessible industrial site in Shefford. Google maps took me to the front door where there is ample parking outside the 3 units owned by the company. I would thoroughly recommend this company as one to try as I think you will be pleased with your experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish. since my mobility has gone downhill I've had to buy products from this company a few times. I've had walking frames, walking aids, household items but most recently made a purchase of a mobility scooter and wheelchair.
The staff have been amazing and very patient with me, especially the gentleman who has been ever so helpful. I was able to try all the different scooters in the shop and outside, to see which would be right for my condition, all of my questions were answered, and a very speedy home delivery. Thanks to these guys, I can now live as independently as I need to.

Visited the store yesterday and was impressed with the range of products. The access to the store was excellent as my dad struggles to walk but found no problem. The salesman was very thorough checking my dad’s needs before he recommended a mobility scooter. My dad was able to have a test drive around the shop and in the surrounding area outside.
